BlueGold has created Bioxirec, a system with the most advanced technology and techniques to obtain high quality water for discharge or reuse. It consists of a modular and compact wastewater treatment equipment using an MBR system.
This type of system consists of a series of ultrafiltration membranes and a traditional biological reactor. Through this system, a high quality effluent is obtained, free of solids and dissolved contaminants.
Bioxirec is formed by a single line consisting of: rototamper, sequential biological reactor and membrane module. The rototamiz will allow the detection and elimination of solids up to 1 millimeter. The biological reactor will offer a complete anaerobic and aerobic biological treatment for the degradation of organic matter present. Meanwhile, the membrane module will provide us with water free of solids and pollutants. The equipment will include a section where the pumping equipment and the control room are located.

Bioxirec facilitates installation without the need for civil works, thus reducing investment costs. In addition, its high degree of automation makes it possible to extend the savings in this system by also reducing maintenance costs.

Purification performance and effluent quality
With an effectiveness margin of between 95 and 99% against DB05 and DQ05, Bioxirec offers a high degree of purification while maintaining excellent effluent quality, and the resulting effluent can be reused. In commitment to quality, Bioxirec complies with the RD 11/1995 and RD 1620/2007 regulations.
